Understanding The Disguise

Blessings and Opportunities, come in various forms
More so, they come in Disguises,
Masked in Struggle.
It is ultimately up to you, to have the right Eyesight and Mindsight

Don’t get me wrong, I am a firm believer in Succeeding and reaching goals without having to Struggle,
But things do not really come easy these days.
It’s even more difficult if you are a dreamer, set high goals and standards for yourself.

Let me sight an example with the Butterfly,
The Butterfly has 4 phases;

When it is born as an Egg,
To become a Caterpillar,
Then a Pupa,
Before becoming an Adult… The Butterfly we eventually now see and admire…

I haven’t seen anyone that goes, ‘Oh look that’s a Beautiful Caterpillar…’ but we forget that that is Part of the Butterfly Process …. So you have to always trust your process.

Let’s talk about one of the most interesting phases in the lifecycle of a butterfly,
The Pupa,
Here, the Caterpillar will have to eat nonstop...
Spins itself into a Pupa and all it does at this point is struggle.
Metamorphosing, Undergoing remarkable Transformation,
Changing its body…
Shedding……

Now with your regular eyesight, you can see a Butterfly Struggling and you want to help it break out of the cocoon…
But with the right Mindsight, you understand that you have to allow this Butterfly to undergo this Struggle...
The Struggle is the only way the butterfly can push the fluids from its body into its wings To Strengthen its Wings.
The Butterfly needs to go through the process
That is the only way, This Butterfly Can Fly!

Just like the Butterfly, we are very similar.
We go through different phases.
It is just what it is: LIFE

In all of these, the process is the most important part of the journey,

There is no real end, as humans, we are always reaching for more.
Wanting more, the next goal, A destination would always be a shifting goal post
Appreciate the journey while you’re going through it, no matter how difficult.
Remember you’re on a journey

One thing I know is, everything is rigged in our favor as long as we keep trying.

So we have to trust the process.
There is an opportunity somewhere in the Struggle
Find your silver Lining.
Hold the Vision!

Do not doubt yourself!
Drop the excuses!
Remember who you are!
Trust the process!
Bet on yourself!
Dare to do mighty things!
and most importantly...
Do not forget to do the most!
