Dealing with Anxiety

The other day I got to the office,
Ready to crush the day,

I realized I had so much to do and I was doing everything all at once
I also realized I wasn’t getting much done.
I was feeling strange,
I couldn’t place my hand on it,
This weird feeling,
Then I realised,
I was anxious.

I tried to Drink water it didn’t help
I walked up to my balcony, All i could think about was the pile of work waiting… Then I remembered my asisstant had booked a meditation session for me, sometime in the week,
So I went on youtube to find a mediation excercise to help calm me down.
I found one, and Boy was I blown away..

My Anxiety got watered down, when i realized the number of people going through anxiety, depression, panic attacks just to name a few

The comment session was something else.
It reminded me, everyone is going through something.
Every person you meet is fighting a unique battle

I thought so share some of the comments here, so when you do feel any of these feelings, you realize you’e not alone,
Here are a few comments;

I’m in tears reading the comments. I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression for yrs and just having them kills me. I hope everyone BEATS depression, anxiety, and whatever sickness that you have. God bless you all.

I’m having waves of panic attack right now. It’s been about 2 hours and I am tired…upon hearing and reading the comments on here I suddenly cried. I hope we all feel better.

I had a panic attack, and suddenly felt that I needed to be outside, seeking Oxygen. I was on my balcony crying and breathing out loud. A strange girl crossed the street and came to check on me. She tried to make me feel better and even suggested to give me her number phone in case I needed help. And that made me burst into tears even more. Thank you strange girl for what you did. People like you make this world a better place.

Just listen and relax my dear. Your anxiety will go away I promise. You are so loved, breathe in love, breathe out anxiety. You will be okay.

Every night is a struggle for me , my heart is beating so fast , my chest is hurting I am scared of dying , I feel alone , I feel helpless I wanna cry , I wanna feel normal again , I want to put my head on the pillow and just fall asleep , I know things will get better , I love you guys and all the positive comments , thank you , this is my safe place

To whoever is reading through the comments…you are strong, I believe in you, I may suffer with you but just remember to breathe. Everything will be alright. You are loved and valid. Everything is alright. There is nothing wrong with you. I love you and so does everyone else. Stay positive and I hope this helped a little edit: i wrote this while having a mental breakdown on a train but i’m really glad this has helped some people 😊

“If you put your hand over your heart, youʼll feel a little thing called a heartbeat. No matter how fast or slow, itʼs there, and itʼs a constant reminder that you were put on this world for a reason, that YOUR life matters, YOU are worth something. Donʼt be afraid to make a difference. Dare to inspire yourself and those around you. YOU are like a puzzle piece in this world; eventually, we all fit together to make one big puzzle that can change the world. Don’t give up. Remember to persevere. You matter.” — WildFlower

These feelings are very real and very Valid, again, we all going through something, like the strangers in this random youtube video, lets be kind to one another.
Do not be embrassed to seek help, we are all fragile and broken.
I hope we all feel better
I hope we all leave a mark on the world.
I hope you trust that you got this
I hope we all dare to do mighty things.
