First Corinthians 13:11. Reads:

“When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me.” (NIV)

Responsibility.

This word is used a lot but most people do not fully truly understand the meaning of responsibility.

Being Accountable to Self, to others for ones action, decisions, commitments.

Being reliable.

Having strong Moral and Ethical Duties, Self Regulation.

The most responsible people I have come to find, have very strong characters. The hold themselves to a very high standard. What they say, matches what they do which matches who they are.

Responsibility x Character.

Go hand in Hand. Two peas in the pod, 4th July x fireworks, Indomie x egg.

Character comes first, Good Character breeds a strong sense of responsibility.

Most people are grown Children.
Why do i say that? They never keep to their word.
In work, constantly missing deadlines.
In personal relationships, your word means nothing.
Not bankable.

Another Bible verse on this topic.

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6

Note the use of words from Prophet Isiah, A child is born.
A Son is Given.

A Son takes care of himself, His family, his fathers estate, Isiah said the government will rest on his shoulders. That is such a powerful statement.

A child cannot take of himself, to talk less of the putting the government on the child’s shoulder. The government offices will be a playground to a child.

I say all of these to say, pick a side.
Put childish behaviours aside.
Build your character.
Handle Responsibility.
Be what you say and Prosper.
