A Message to the Entire Patricia Team on working Remotely amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic

Hello Team,

First things first, whether this is Natural or Man-made,

We have very little control over the present COVID-19.

However, what we do control is our response to this.

How we choose to react ultimately defines how it affects us.

Stay Safe, Wash your hands, Embrace Social Distancing,

Just like every Storm, this too will run out of rain.

Today, we have moved Operations and we are now working Remotely,

We chose this step because of the health, Wellbeing, and Stability of Patricians

is and always will be

our Foremost Priority

This is a huge step for all the members of Patricia.

Working remotely sounds like a dream come true for a lot of us

one of the main issues we are going to be faced with,

is the newfound Freedom.

for a fact, you wouldn’t have anyone breathing over your shoulders to make sure you’re performing optimally…

and for most of us, the biggest challenge is going to be FOCUS

The lines between home and office can get pretty blurry,

This is the time you need to show up and Show off…

I urge everyone to embody “Occalms Razor”.

Occalms Razor says, the easiest solution, is usually the best solution.

the best solution right now is to focus on one thing at a time

We have Set the Structure, We have Set the Direction

We now hand the Baton over to you,

Do not Drop it until you reach the finish line

we did not get here by stopping to address every barking Dog

We got here by not stopping until we are done

And at this time we are going to do the most
